Felis colocolo (Pampas Cat)


Description: The ears are tapered and tufted and the pupils contract to spindle. Coat: The coat is long and soft, they are grey brown with very variable brown spots and a redish hue. The eyes are yellow brown.
Size: Head and body length 52-70cm, tail length 27-33cm.
Weight: 3.5-6.6 kg.
Senses:
Habitat: Grassland, forest, reed beds and scrub.

Distribution: Ecuador and Patagonia.
Status:
Daily Rhythm: Probably nocturnal.
